Rural Development Society (R.D.S.), Murgod values the support and generosity of our donors. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered.

1. General Policy

All donations made to R.D.S. are voluntary contributions toward our charitable programs and are generally non-refundable.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate transactions.

  • Incorrect donation amount entered due to technical error.

  • Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor.

Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, donors must provide:

  • Full Name

  • Date of Donation

  • Donation Amount

  • Transaction ID / Payment Reference

  • Reason for Refund Request

Requests can be submitted via email or phone using the contact details below.

4. Processing of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.

  • Processing time may take 7–15 working days depending on banking procedures.

  • Any transaction charges or gateway fees deducted by the bank/payment provider may not be refundable.
